Who We are
Jade Computer Specialists first started trading in 1999 working in software development. In 2001 it increased its list of services to incorporate computer support for windows-based networks. Since launching, Jade has provided exclusive services for several businesses in the Oakham, Melton and Stamford areas.
During this time, we have evolved our business plan so that instead of giving just I.T support and network maintenance, we also aim to provide a rounder, friendlier service, allowing our clients to feel comfortable to come to us with any computer-related issue regardless of how large or small. Each client receives their own I.T professional who will be their point of contact - this allows both the client and the appointed contact to build up a friendly and effective relationship tailored to the client’s needs.
Our Clients
Typically, small businesses that choose not to run their own I.T departments. Our clients use Jade as they would their own I.T department, calling on us to resolve any computer related issues.
Our Aim
To replace the need for an internal I.T department by resolving all your company’s I.T needs, either remotely or on-site. We also give advice and look at new technologies that may aid your business.
